Who is the Doopic service aimed at?
Doopic serves as an extension of your business, handling your bulk image editing needs that include, clipping, cropping, retouching, adding reflections or shadows, colour optimisations or according to your specific needs.
How can I place an order?
Our goal is to make the process of placing an order as easy as possible. After completing your registration with Doopic, select the “New Order” tab on the left. After selecting your image editing options, upload the images either via drag-and-drop, WeTransfer, Dropbox, links for Excel lists or via a specially created FTP interface.
We are also happy to adapt to the technical requirements of customers and work together to develop the best way of data transmission.
Once your order is ready, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a link to download the images.

Which graphic formats does Doopic support?
We could also provide several formats upon request.
How do I download my images after they have been edited?
You will receive an e-mail once the order has been completed.
You can then download the pictures from my.doopic.com, or download them up from the FTP output folder. For this, we would have to create an FTP connection in advance.
How does Doopic edit so many images in such a short time?
Our system distributes the orders to our massive network of graphic designers. All images are edited by hand by our trained graphic artists. Our system distributes according to your specifications to get the best results making it possible for us to edit up to 10.000 images overnight.
Which programs are used to edit the images?
We process the orders with all popular programs, but mostly with Creative Suite (Photoshop, etc.)
What happens to the data?
Can I test Doopic free of charge?
Yes! After registering, you can send up to three pictures free of charge under the menu item “free trial order”. Your test images are treated with the highest priority and delivered to you as quickly as possible.
How long is the order processing time?
Our standard delivery time is 48hours. We have express delivery options ranging from 8, 12 or 24 hour delivery time.
Which payment options does Doopic accept?
Currently, we offer the option to pay via PayPal, Creditcard, GiroPay, Klarna or bill payment.
What happens when I'm not happy with the results?
If you are not 100% satisfied we will re-edit your images until you are. This is, of course, free and your images will be prioritised.

Doopic offers a turnkey solution for your graphic needs. Some of our services include clipping, positioning, colour correction, cropping, general retouching and marketplace optimisation.
