The term “Cropping” describes the removal of a certain image’s section without distorting the image or the object. In addition, the image or object can be reused without loss of quality of the desired image detail. In post production, cropping is required to bring a specific detail into focus. A few benefits of cropping an image are: the concentration to the main point, the removal of unnecessary visual information, reframing and change of orientation or aspect ratio.
